Three systems, one tidy line.
Your rentals never leave Palace. PMGuide reads what's available and hands it to rentahome, so there's one accurate version of each home — no re-keying, no second login, no spreadsheet.
Flick the switch
Open the Integrations tab in Palace and activate rentahome, then generate your agency's API credentials. Manager or administrator access may be needed to see the tab.
Hand over the keys
Paste those credentials into PMGuide's secure connection form and test it. Your rental imports switch on once your PMGuide claim is approved.
Rentals go live
Your available homes appear on rentahome and on your company page. Tenants click through to your own listing or application form — never to a lead marketplace.
Done once, then never again.
Four steps, most of them clicking. After the connection is tested, your available rentals flow across on their own — new ones appear, leased ones disappear.

Claim your company on PMGuide
Free. Confirm the company details and your contact information so the claim can be approved.

Activate rentahome in Palace
In your Palace Integrations tab, find the rentahome tile (powered by PMGuide) and click Activate.

Generate API credentials
Palace creates an API username and password for your agency. Keep them private — they only ever go into PMGuide's secure form.

Test the connection
Back in PMGuide, paste the credentials and run the test. From then on, imports run themselves.

Distribution to rentahome is included in the free PMGuide plan. No per-listing fee, no commission on a lease.
Landlord leads from the directory
Your free PMGuide listing puts your company in New Zealand's independent property management directory, where landlords look for a manager.
Always current stock
Palace stays the source of truth. Homes you take off the market stop showing on rentahome instead of sitting there as ghost ads.
Verified companies only
rentahome lists professionally managed homes from claimed, verified PM companies. No private landlords, no duplication of your stock.
Your own company page
Every company gets a page on rentahome showing its current rentals. Pro companies get the full gallery treatment.
You keep the tenant
Enquiries go to you. rentahome doesn't resell leads or insert itself between you and the applicant.

Before you activate it.
Do we have to change how we work in Palace?+
No. Palace stays your system of record. PMGuide reads your available rental listings and publishes them — nothing in your day-to-day workflow moves, and rentahome never edits your data.
Who can turn it on?+
You may need manager or administrator access in MRI Palace to see the Integrations tab. Once the connection is made, it only needs to be done once.
What does it cost?+
PMGuide's Basic plan is $0 and includes free distribution of your rentals to rentahome plus your directory listing. Pro is $49/mo (NZD) and adds featured placement, an application integration and a company listings gallery. Enterprise is negotiated.
What happens when a home is leased?+
It comes down. Listings refresh daily, so rentals that are no longer available in Palace stop appearing on rentahome without anyone remembering to delete them.
We're not on MRI Palace.+
You can still claim a free PMGuide profile and be listed in the directory. PMGuide also documents a custom PropertyMe integration, and other platforms are connected case by case.
Is our data used for anything else?+
It's used to advertise your rentals. rentahome is read-only and anonymous to the public, and there's no external enrichment or lead resale happening behind the scenes.
