rentahome never asks you to upload anything. Rentals arrive through PMGuide — either from your property management software or from the rentals page you point it at.
If your rentals live in a system we're connected to, PMGuide reads them straight from there. Nothing to maintain, and homes you take off the market come down here too.
No connection yet? Point PMGuide at the page on your own site that lists your current rentals and opt in to rentahome. Your details stay on your site.
Setup happens in PMGuide. Each guide takes you through the connection step by step.
Activate the rentahome tile in your Integrations tab, generate your agency's API credentials and hand them to PMGuide. Your available rentals are then published automatically.
Your rentals arrive from a feed set up with PMGuide, so your stock stays current here without anyone re-keying it.
These systems aren't wired up yet, so there's no setup guide to follow and no way to turn them on today. If your rentals live in one of them, tell PMGuide — connections are added case by case.
Not connected yet. If your rentals live in this system, ask PMGuide to add the connection.

Connections are set up and managed in PMGuide. rentahome is a read-only display of the rentals PMGuide has received and matched to your company — it never edits your data, and it doesn't list homes your company hasn't opted in.
The listing page walks you through the four steps — claim your company, turn on rentahome, and your current rentals go live.
