Rentahome is a rentals advertising platform for members of the Property Management Guide (PMGuide). It lists only rentals that are professionally managed — no private landlords. If you are a property management company you can sign up to PMGuide for free and list your properties on Rentahome for free.

PMGuide is New Zealand's independent property management directory. Find your company and claim your free listing — fill out the details and wait for your account to be verified and approved.

Connect your property listings
Rentahome integrates with most property management software so that your listings automatically get listed. Check out our integrations to see what connects today.

Go live with your rentals
Once PMGuide has received your rentals and matched them to your company, they appear in rentahome search results and on your own rentahome company page. When a home is no longer available in your system, it stops showing here too — no stale ads to clean up. Tenants click through to your listing, your application form or your phone number.

What is PMGuide, in one sentence?+
PMGuide is New Zealand's independent property management directory — a place landlords browse to find a manager — and it's also the platform that powers rentahome: your PMGuide account is where you claim your company and control what advertises here. Everything happens in one free account; rentahome itself has no login and nothing to upload.
Do I have to upload my listings?+
No — rentahome has no upload facility at all. PMGuide reads your rentals from a supported software connection (MRI Palace and PropertyMe work today) or from the rentals page on your own website. When your system shows a home as no longer available, it stops appearing here without you doing anything.
Do my rentals appear automatically?+
No. Your company has to be claimed on PMGuide, your rentahome opt-in turned on in Manage listing, and a rentals page or supported feed connected. A PMGuide Pro subscription on its own does not create rental ads.
What exactly shows from my company?+
Your company name and contact details, and every available rental PMGuide has received and matched to your company. rentahome is a read-only display — it never edits your data, and it doesn't show homes your company hasn't opted in.
What does it cost?+
PMGuide's Basic plan is $0 and includes free distribution of your rentals to rentahome. Pro is $49/mo (NZD) and adds featured placement, an application integration and a company listings gallery. Current plans and features live on PMGuide's pricing page.
How do I get an Apply now button?+
“Apply now” shows on your rentals when your company has PMGuide Pro and a valid secure application link saved in your company details in Manage listing. Without both, renters see the viewing or contact option on that rental's page instead. Our FAQ covers the rest.
I use other software — can I still list?+
Yes. Point PMGuide at the page on your own website that lists your current rentals and opt in to rentahome — your details stay on your site. MRI Palace and PropertyMe connect automatically today; other systems are added case by case. See integrations for the full picture.
